The common area is fully furnished with sofas, TV, and appliances including a dishwasher. Each apartment features an open concept kitchen, custom cabinetry for storage, and an island dining area.

All utilities are included in the rental price. Individual deadbolt locks are installed on each room and 24/7 video surveillance of the exterior of the building adds to the comfort and security.
